The Quiera 2022 Virtual Congress will take place on June 22 and 23 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, which is aimed at all collaborators of interested civil society organizations (CSO). The event is online, free of charge, and will offer spaces whose central objective is to enhance reflection and encourage participating organizations so that they can adapt to new times of change. Under the title Innovate to transform: keys for its implementation in social organizations , among the topics that the Congress will address are: organizational environments to promote innovation, effective communication, collaborative leadership, tools to design processes, services and/or products, strengthening of creativity, among others. In addition, this edition includes networking spaces between participating institutions and exhibitors.
So that relationships are promoted for the exchange of ideas and the construction of knowledge. At the end of the meeting, a toolbox will be provided, which will facilitate the implementation of the knowledge acquired during the Congress in your organization. Different sanctions were applied resulting from an investigation and according to the resolution issued by the gender advisory committees. The sanctions that were applied in these cases resolved by the protocol were: administrative record, permanent dismissal (in students), dismissal (in collaborators), alternative measure, corrective/training measure, loss of rights and conditioning or suspension. It is important to mention that in all services, appropriate monitoring and/or channeling is provided according to the situation. The remaining cases were supported and channeled in a timely manner to the corresponding areas.
